Gather Feedback 

During the month of February, use the Continue, Stop, Start approach to gain feedback on one aspect of your role as a supervisor.

Areas to consider asking for feedback: 1-1 meetings, staff meetings, department communication, coaching, etc.

Post in the comments something new you learned or were reminded of through the feedback collected.

  1. I have used this approach in teams meets with flip charts asking “what are we doing well” “what can we improve” and “what should we stop doing”. So you can use this for general input for the team as well as yourself.
