The Membership Platform ensures your supervising skills stay sharp and continue to grow. Our platform offers the resources, expert insights, and network you need to stay ahead and lead with confidence. This is the Turn your knowing into doing!
The following features provide you with active ongoing learning, connection, tools, and support – to help you thrive as a supervisor.
The platform has a Feed tab where you’ll find the latest ISP reminders, prompts, and other updates for the community. Similar to social media feeds, this area provides a dynamic and interactive space where community members can share updates, engage in discussions, and interact with each other’s content. Members can post updates, images, videos, or links directly to the feed and can like, comment, and reply to posts, encouraging interaction and conversation.
The Discussions tab is where you will find topical discussions about supervisory challenges and the skills you learned in the Indispensable Supervisor Program. This tab serves as a central space where our facilitator posts discussion topics, tips, reminders, and challenges to help you reflect on what you’ve learned and apply it to real-world scenarios. There are also Technical Support and Suggestion topics to help you get the most from your ISP Membership Platform experience.
The Challenges tab shows an activity for you to do that’s designed to challenge you to strengthen the supervisory skills you learned in ISP. The challenge shown here is updated regularly.
There is also a Documents tab that contains all the tools and articles from ISP. You can use the search bar to quickly local the precise resource you need right when you need it.
The Members tab shows all of the other community members, moderators, and instructors, with the ability to view their profiles and interact.
Your Profile has a Journal tab where you can explore concepts you’re learning and using, journal about your supervisory journey, and document your supervisor accomplishments.
To access ISP modules and video, navigate to the top of the page and click on ISP>ISP Course. You’ll be taken to the ISP homepage where you’ll see the course description. Click on the dark fuchsia colored Start Course button to find all your course materials and modules. Since everything is on the platform, you’ll be able to hop in and rewatch a video or entire module anytime you need a refresher.
When in ISP, you can click your profile avatar in the upper right corner and navigate around the platform. By clicking Groups, My Groups, you’ll see that you are grouped together with those in your original ISP cohort group. When you click on your group, you’ll be taken to a Feed where you can message only the individuals that were in your cohort. You’ll also notice that there is an Info tab within your original course cohort group where you can find quick orientation about what you’ll find in your cohort group. It’s possible for someone to be in an ISP cohort and not be a full member of the platform, so in this group, you won’t see the same tabs as you will when you go into ISP Membership Platform group.
The other item you’ll see when you click on ISP at the top of the page is ISP Discussion Forum. This is where you’ll see the discussions and ask questions about tech support and FAQs for ISP.
